Rain, Rain… Go Away

31 May

It’s a very rainy day…

which pretty much forces me to stay inside and study for finals.  Thankfully I only have 4 tests this semester instead of 5! 🙂

For breakfast I enjoyed a Good Grains bagel from Einstein’s.

(Shout-out to Court and Whit– which bagels do you recommend?)

Yesterday’s Workout:

30 minutes elliptical / level 6 resistance / cross ramp 10

1 mile run outside

2 x 12 reps adductor (or abductor?  I’m not sure… it was the one that works your inner thighs though!)

When I exercise, I like to keep it simple.  I’m not one for aerobics classes / jazzercising. :)  I want to zone out!

And another recipe courtesy of Miss Peanut Butter Fingers.  I halved the recipe and added some vanilla extract.

FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup softened peanut butter (microwave it for 15 seconds), 1 egg white, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup sugar.

2. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  My cookies took a little longer, but I made them big. 😀

Enjoy your Memorial Day!

We reccomend Dutch apple w/ Honey Almond cream cheese, Asiago w/ Jalapeno salsa, The new mango orange w/ mango orange cream cheese, cinna-sugar with strawberry. Sandwich wise the tasty-turkey or The Italian Chicken panini. Also try the Ancho Wedge, omg its the BEST!

Ooooh I’ll have to try those. 🙂 I love the bagel poppers too- they’re so fun! Thanks for the suggestions! 😀

    Hey Courtney,

Thank you for the comment on my newest post. 🙂 Since I’m a new blog, every comment really means a lot to me, haha. I enjoy running too, second to swimming. Enjoy your summer!
